Other Rules*This is a single rider ATV. They are factory designed for just a single rider, it is illegal in CA to double ride single rider ATVs and therefore no double riding is allowed. You must also wear the proper safety gear at all times while riding.

*If your driver's license or driving privilege is currently suspended or revoked, you cannot operate any vehicle either on or off-highway.

*The maximum weight allowed per participant is 350 lbs

*Age Requirement: Manufacturer recommended for 16 and up.

*We are not qualified to provide medical advice, you are riding at your own risk and therefore you should consult with your doctor before doing any risky activity like off-roading.

*It is illegal to operate this vehicle under the influence of any kind of drugs or alcohol.

*We do not allow any skids, stunts, aggressive or fast riding nor irresponsible, wild, extreme, reckless behavior.

* You will be asked to sign a waiver upon renting and be responsible for any new damage found upon return. A recorded walkthrough and picture documentation of the rental will be taken at the time of pickup and return to support damage claims if any shall occur.

*Please note: California law states that all riders under the age of 18 shall have a safety certificate in their possession while riding ATV’s on public land. If you do not have a public safety certificate please see the following options below:

*Good news is that California does recognize other states safety certificates – and our neighbor Oregon offers a free on-line course and upon a successful completion you can print your temporary certificate that is good for 30 days (until your permanent certificate is mailed to you.) *Before releasing the unit, owners supplemental rental agreement must be reviewed and signed. Please feel free to inquire for a copy prior to booking if you would like, otherwise it will be sent upon booking confirmation. Please review it prior to pickup. Owners will have it printed for renters to sign at pickup.
